A unique long-eared owl sculpture made to look as though peeking out of a hole in a tree. The owl has yellow glass eyes and has been subtly flame coloured and coated with lacquer. The wood has also been flamed in the Japanese style of wood preservation called Shou Sugi Ban and then stained and varnished to enhance the grain.

Size approximately 13" X 8" X 3".

This art work can either be hung on the wall via the hook in the rear or free standing. Beautiful, unique piece of decorative sculpture that would be great for any owl lover or lover of birds in general.
